We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management and project coordination, demonstrating expertise in various construction management software and tools. This role requires effective time management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
Utilize construction management software such as BuilderTrend, for project scheduling and estimating.
Oversee project scheduling and resource allocation to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Review contracts and manage changes to scope as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
Maintain accurate documentation of project activities, including schedules, budgets, and reports.
Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
Manage subcontractor relationships, contracts, and quality control
Experience
Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
Proficiency in construction estimating tools
Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, contracts, and construction site experience.
Familiarity with project coordination techniques and methodologies is essential.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
