Senior Construction Project Manager – Multi Residential Renovations

Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Senior Construction Project Manager to oversee multi-residential renovation projects from planning to completion. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in suite renovations, capital improvements, and unit turnover work--delivering high-quality results while minimizing disruption to residents.

This role requires strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously across residential properties.

Key Responsibilities



Manage full renovation projects for multi-family residential units, including suite turnovers, service calls, and common area upgrades. Coordinate with property management teams to minimize disruption in occupied units. Review drawings, specifications, and site conditions to develop accurate and competitive bids. Lead project scheduling, budgeting, resource allocation, and procurement of materials. Conduct detailed cost estimates, including quantity take-offs, subcontractor quotes, and material/labor costs. Monitor construction progress with regular site visits and reports to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met. Enforce safety and compliance standards across all project sites. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams. Identify project risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies. Maintain accurate documentation, including budgets, schedules, change orders, and reports.

Qualifications & Skills



5+ years of project management experience in multi-residential renovation or capital improvement projects. Must have valid G license and a clean driver's abstract. Strong understanding of working in occupied buildings and coordinating with property operations teams. Proficiency in estimating, scheduling, and project management software. Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction best practices. Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $65,000.00-$95,000.00 per year
