Minimum 3 years work experience in a related field, Construction Project management experience in Residential Custom Homes. MUST live in Greater Vancouver. Required skills

• degree (or equivalent) in Architecture, construction management, construction technology, engineering, or similar.
• Knowledge of BC building codes
• Robust understanding of building systems, building science, residential construction practices
• Ability to read blueprints (elevations, sections, and details)
• proficiency: Microsoft Office, sketchup & BLUE BEAM
• Ability to do costing, scheduling, prepare RFQs
• Able to do quantity take offs
• working knowledge of various construction disciplines, cost control, scheduling, engineering drawings
• superior communication and interpersonal (tact, diplomacy, influence, etc.) skills essential both within the internal project team and externally with subcontractors, labor force, etc.
• able to prioritize and meet critical deadlines independently with minimal supervision.

This is a position to help prepare Custom residential homes for construction, taking off quantities, organizing information, researching information from the internet and from sub contractors and suppliers. Job Type: Full-time Salary: $90,000.00-$100,000.00 per year Benefits:

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
