Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Subcontractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality services in various areas, including residential cleaning and hospitality. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong time management, and organizational abilities to ensure tasks are completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of our clients. You must have your own valid business license, supplies, and clean for your own clients and/or for another company. This is a great opportunity to supplement hours with your current position.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional residential cleaning services while adhering to company standards. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. Manage time efficiently to complete tasks within designated schedules. Organize cleaning supplies and equipment for optimal workflow. Provide hospitality services as needed, ensuring a welcoming environment for clients. Launder linens and other items as required, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene. Assist in cooking or meal preparation when necessary, following client specifications. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.

Skills

Strong communication skills in English; proficiency in French is a plus. Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively. Highly organized with attention to detail in all aspects of work. Experience in residential cleaning or related fields is preferred. Background in hospitality is advantageous for providing top-notch service. Ability to launder items properly, ensuring quality care of fabrics. Customer service-oriented mindset to enhance client satisfaction and loyalty. Basic cooking skills to assist with meal preparation when required.
