Subcontractor Position Available: Residential Cleaner

Clear Plan Cleaning ("The Company") is a locally owned and operated business that provides high quality, professional cleaning services. We offer residential, commercial, deep cleaning, customized, move in/move out and after renovation cleaning. The Ideal Candidate

We are seeking a candidate who is:

Intellectually curious and eager to learn. Wants to work in various locations throughout Winnipeg. Has supervision and professional cleaning experience. Dedicated to continuous improvement and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, kitchen and bathroom sanitization, and surface polishing. Follow detailed checklists and client specifications to ensure consistency and quality. Maintain a positive and respectful relationship with clients. Handle cleaning supplies and equipment safely and efficiently. Report any damages, maintenance needs, or supply shortages.

Qualifications

Professional cleaning experience (1+ year preferred). Positive client focused attitude. Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle. Clear criminal record check. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in communicating in English.
