G&G Janitorial is looking for experienced residential cleaners and team leaders to add to our teams! We service clients in Calgary, Okotoks and surrounding areas. Competitive wages, paid statutory holidays, and paid drive time & fuel allowance.

This position is for work in CALGARY & surrounding areas. Candidates must travel to client homes via their own transportation each day.

We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for detailed work and maintaining cleanliness in residential settings. This role requires excellent communication skills and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. As a residential cleaner, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients' homes are clean, comfortable, and welcoming.

Duties

Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and scrubbing surfaces. Detailed cleaning of bathrooms & kitchens Communicate effectively with team leads to understand each client's specific cleaning needs and preferences. Maintain a high standard of detailed work, cleanliness and hygiene in all assigned tasks. Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.

Experience

Previous experience in residential cleaning is preferred. Strong organizational skills to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A keen eye for detail to ensure all cleaning tasks meet high standards.

Requirements

Valid Alberta drivers license and reliable transportation Reliability is a must - able to show up on time each day for your shift Detailed & efficient with great time management Physically fit with good stamina - ability to handle physical workload includes standing, walking, bending, stooping, squatting, and lifting objects up to 15 pounds. Dedicated and hard working Experience as a residential cleaner or team leader.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $19.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
