Overview

We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in carpentry and construction, demonstrating expertise in building homes from the foundation up with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. The Carpenter will be responsible for ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to project timelines.

Responsibilities

Be reliable. Construct, install, and repair structures made of wood, plywood, Build frameworks for structures such as walls, roofs, and doorframes. Lay tiles and perform other finishing work to enhance aesthetic appeal. Utilize power tools effectively and safely for various carpentry tasks. Ensure all work is plumb, level, and square according to specifications. siding installation, fascia, doors, window experience is a must Handle heavy lifting of materials and equipment as required on job sites. Collaborate with other tradespeople including electricians for integrated projects. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Experience

Proven experience as a residential Carpenter Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Excellent problem-solving skills is a must Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
