Residential Apartment Superintendent

Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Residential Superintendent to maintain safety, security and general upkeep in our uptown apartment complex.
Responsibilities
:Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs on units, includes crack filling, painting walls,etc
Respond in a timely and courteous manner to service calls and tenant requests
Interact with tenants to coordinate movie-ins, inspections, service calls, etc.
Ensure common areas are clean and secure
Maintain compliance with safety standards, building codes and other local regulations.
Qualifications
:Experience with minor electrical, plumbing and mechanical repairs
Carpentry experience
Able to lift items up to 50lbs
Problem solving skills
Ability to work independently
Time management skills
Apx 20 hrs/week
Flexible schedule
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
Work Location: In person
