From early design to turnover, we work with our network of consultants, third party modular manufacturing facilities, and local contractors to ensure a seamless delivery at every phase.

Position Overview

As Construction Superintendent, you will be the cornerstone of our quality and schedule success, overseeing quality control and integration between offsite factory elements and on-site erection and completion in the field. You will support both offsite and onsite construction suppliers. You'll provide hands-on leadership to our trade partners and ensure that every module is turned over to meet 720 Modular's rigorous standards.

Key Responsibilities

Factory QA & Oversight: Perform regular inspections of offsite fabrication processes. Coordinate with factory managers and factory quality-control teams to verify compliance with design specifications and building codes. Site Supervision & Support: Lead and support onsite modular installation teams (craning, modular setting, and stitching), as well as site general contractor teams (foundations, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers), and coordinate finishing trades to streamline completion. Troubleshoot field issues, enforce safety protocols, and maintain clear communication with supplier teams. Supplier Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for offsite and onsite trade partners, providing guidance on means & methods and scheduling interfaces. Liaise with logistics, factory shipping, and installation crews to optimize delivery phases and site readiness. Quality Assurance & Reporting: Develop and maintain QA/QC checklists for both factory and site work. Deliver and upload concise daily and weekly reports on progress, quality metrics, and risk areas to project leadership. Deliver safety reports weekly Continuous Improvement: Identify process gaps in factory production or field installation and recommend best practices. Mentor junior supervisors and help build 720 Modular's knowledge base.
Qualifications

Experience in multi-unit construction supervision Strong background in quality-control procedures, with the ability to interpret design drawings and specifications. Proven capability in coordinating multiple trades and supplier teams across offsite and onsite environments. Excellent communicator, problem-solver, and team leader with a hands-on approach. Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for regional travel (as required depending on region).
