POSITION DESCRIPTION:
Cogir is currently looking for a resident concierge for its rental building located in Montreal (Hochelaga Maisonneuve district). Are you said to be a versatile person, agile with your hands and with a keen sense of organization? You are the person we are looking for!
ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
Be available to respond to emergencies Carry out site maintenance according to the frequency provided for this purpose or when required Clean and perform the tasks inherent in the maintenance of floors and carpets in common areas Ensure the cleanliness of entrances, common areas, terrace, gym, parking, etc. Ensuring security and compliance with building regulations Maintain a clean working environment Maintain property spaces and systems Maintain the land, indoor parking, storage spaces Other Related Tasks Painting and preparing apartments Perform minor repairs in apartments and common areas Perform preventive maintenance on equipment Wash the windows at the main and secondary entrances

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum relevant experience of 1 to 2 years DEP in general building maintenance (an asset)
