Key Responsibilities
Cleaning & Maintenance:
Thoroughly clean private offices and common areas (windows, surfaces, floors, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, etc.)
Ensure all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Mail & Document Handling:
Distribute incoming mail/packages to members
Scan and digitally file mailed documents as needed
Front?Desk & Operations Support:
Answer urgent operational calls on a provided cell phone
Welcome and greet members and conference?room guests
Conduct routine site visits while on?site
Vendor Coordination:
Liaise with maintenance or service vendors (e.g., IT, HVAC, repair)
Provide on?site assistance and access for external contractors
Reporting & Communication:
Deliver a concise daily operations report (via email or shared platform)
Flag any issues or unusual maintenance needs promptly
General Duties:
Ensure constant cleanliness and professional presentation of the space
Be a friendly, professional ambassador for our coworking community
Qualifications
Previous experience in cleaning, facilities, concierge, or hospitality roles
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal communication in English; French or other languages are an asset
Ability to handle multiple tasks independently and prioritize effectively
Comfortable coordinating with vendors and using basic office technology (scanner, email, mobile phone)
Reliable, punctual, and customer?service oriented

Gestion du Courrier et Documents :
Distribuer le courrier/colis entrants aux membres
Numeriser et classer numeriquement les documents postes selon les besoins
Support Reception et Operations :
Repondre aux appels operationnels urgents sur un telephone cellulaire fourni
Accueillir et saluer les membres et invites des salles de conference
Effectuer des visites de routine du site pendant la presence sur place
Coordination avec Fournisseurs :
Faire la liaison avec les fournisseurs de maintenance ou services (ex. : TI, CVC, reparations)
Fournir assistance sur place et acces aux entrepreneurs externes
Rapports et Communication :
Livrer un rapport d'operations quotidien concis (via courriel ou plateforme partagee)
Signaler rapidement tout probleme ou besoin de maintenance inhabituel
Taches Generales :
Assurer la proprete constante et la presentation professionnelle de l'espace
Etre un(e) ambassadeur/rice amical(e) et professionnel(le) de notre communaute de coworking
Qualifications
Experience prealable dans le nettoyage, installations, conciergerie ou roles d'hospitalite
Excellentes competences organisationnelles et attention au detail
Excellente communication verbale en anglais ; francais ou autres langues sont un atout
Capacite a gerer plusieurs taches de facon independante et prioriser efficacement
