CRYSTAL PROPERTIES LTD. is looking for mature qualified candidates for an excellent opportunity in a Resident Caretaking position for a residential apartment complex in South Winnipeg.

This is a

live on site

position.

: The successful candidate will strive to maintain the property to its highest possible standard. The Resident Caretaker will report to the onsite Resident Manager. General duties and responsibilities of this position include:

Interior Maintenance:

Cleaning of common areas including: hallways, entrances , lobby's, elevators and stairwells.

Cleaning of suites upon tenant vacating, as needed.

Ensure vacant suites are kept in showable condition.

Minor maintenance in the common areas and suites.

Exterior Maintenance:

Snow removal of all building entrances and sidewalks.

Grounds Maintenance including: watering, debris removal & sweeping.

. Moving Garbage and recycling bins in and out of the building (with the tractor) before scheduled pick up days

Administrative:

Share On-Call duties with the Resident Manager on alternate evenings, weekends, and vacations.

Work together as a team with the Resident Manager assisting as needed with meeting onsite trades, minor maintenance etc.

Pay: $2,800.00-$3,200.00 per month
