Seeking a dynamic Sales & Reservation Agent, who will be responsible for:
Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations received by phone, or mail.
Driving sales, developing revenue stream opportunities
Implementing and monitoring company policies and procedures
Managing supplier and industry relations, including OTA's.
This role is instrumental in maximizing efficiencies and overall profitability, contributing to the organization's continued success and commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Demonstrate Administrative accuracy and compliance with CRM usage, weekly reports and file management.
What you Bring to the Organization
A minimum of 3 years demonstrated Customer Service within the tourism industry.
A minimum of 2 years working experience in Reservations Department
Exceptional customer service skills and a positive, can-do attitude
Excellent communication skills, including public speaking competence and professional
presentation skills.
Conflict resolution abilities
Working knowledge of Toronto's Tourism Industry
Ability to multitask while maintaining a high attention to detail.
Demonstrated capacity to perform effectively both autonomously and collaboratively within a team environment
Ability to work onsite Wednesday-Sunday ( Mandatory )

Based on experience, the annualized salary for this role is $50-$60K, with benefits available after a 3-month probation period.
