Job Summary


We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Research Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee and facilitate research projects, ensuring that all activities are conducted efficiently, ethically, and in accordance with established protocols. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to impactful research initiatives across various disciplines, supporting data collection, analysis, and reporting.

Duties



Coordinate and manage day-to-day operations of research projects, including scheduling and resource allocation Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants in compliance with ethical standards and study protocols Collect, organize, and maintain accurate research data using appropriate tools and software Assist in developing research materials such as surveys, consent forms, and protocols Monitor study progress and ensure adherence to timelines and regulatory requirements Collaborate with investigators, staff, and external partners to facilitate smooth project execution Prepare reports, summaries, and presentations of research findings for internal review or publication purposes Ensure compliance with institutional review board (IRB) guidelines and other regulatory bodies

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as health sciences, social sciences, or related discipline; advanced degrees preferred Prior experience in research coordination or project management is highly desirable Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and participants Proficiency in data management software (e.g., SPSS, REDCap) and Microsoft Office Suite Knowledge of ethical standards for research involving human subjects (e.g., IRB procedures) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a dynamic research environment
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $52,000.00-$68,000.00 per year
