Responsabilites des techniciens pour le service a la clientele

:



Aider les clients tant a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur du Centre U-Haul avec les produits et services U-Haul Utiliser la technologie uScan sur telephone intelligent pour gerer les locations et l'inventaire. Deplacer et attacher les camions et les remorques U-Haul. Nettoyer et inspecter l'equipement sur le terrain, y compris verifier les niveaux de liquide. Repondre aux questions des clients et les renseigner sur les produits et services. Preparer les factures de location et recevoir l'equipement retourne de locations.

Qualifications minimales pour les techniciens pour le service a la clientele

:



Un permis de conduire valide ainsi que la capacite de garder un bon dossier de conducteur. Un diplome d'etudes secondaires ou l'equivalent.

Milieu de travail :



Ce travail implique des risques moderes ou des risques de malaises qui necessitent des mesures de securite speciales, p. ex. travailler en presence de pieces en mouvement, de machines, d'emanations ou de produits chimiques irritants. On pourra donc exiger le port de vetements ou d'equipement de protection individuelle comme des masques, des lunettes, des gants ou des ecrans faciaux.

Exigences physiques :



Ce travail requiert des actions comportant de l'effort physique comme rester sur place autant a l'interieur qu'a l'exterieur pendant de longues periodes de temps, parcourir des espaces ainsi que se repositionner pour atteindre et utiliser des outils. Il faut aussi pouvoir deplacer de l'equipement pesant un minimum de 23 kg (50 lb) avec ou sans aide.

Customer Service Technician Responsibilities:



Assist customers inside and outside U-Haul Center with U-Haul products & services Use smartphone-based U-Scan technology to manage rentals and inventory Move and hook up U-Haul trucks and trailers Clean and inspect equipment on the lot including checking fluid levels Answer questions and educate customers regarding products and services Prepare rental invoices and accept equipment returned from rental

Customer Service Technician Minimum Qualifications:



Valid driver's license and ability to maintain a good driving record High School Diploma or equivalent

Work Environment:




The work involves moderate risks or discomforts which require special safety precautions, e.g., working around moving parts or machines, fumes, or irritant chemicals. May be required to use protective clothing, or gear such as masks, goggles, gloves or shields.

Physical Demands:




The work requires some physical exertion such as long periods of remaining stationary, moving around an office and occasionally outdoors, positioning oneself to reach objects at varying heights, and moving equipment weighing a minimum of 50 lbs assisted or unassisted.
