Responsabilites et et taches:



Fournir un support client par telephone, e-mail, chat, forums ouverts et reseaux sociaux ; Assister aux seances de formation internes des fournisseurs et fournir des informations techniques sur les produits aux clients ; Collaborer avec des fournisseurs etablis; Creer les devis clients et traiter leurs commandes ; Creer de nouveaux comptes et conserver les coordonnees des clients dans notre ERP ; Fournir un excellent service a la clientele.
Vous pourriez etre amene a effectuer d'autres taches, selon vos capacites et votre niveau de responsabilite, afin de repondre aux besoins de l'entreprise.

Exigences:



Experience en service a la clientele (appels entrants ou sortants); Solides connaissances informatiques (MS Outlook, Word, Excel); Multitache entre de nombreux logiciels et outils en ligne ; Excellentes capacites de resolution de problemes ; Competences exceptionnelles en communication ainsi que l'etiquette au telephone et par courrier electronique ; Un haut niveau d'attention aux details; Excellentes competences de travail en equipe ; La capacite d'acquerir rapidement de nouvelles competences ;

Langues requises :



Le francais ecrit et parle est exige. L'anglais ecrit et parle est exige.

(Certains clients peuvent ne parler que l'anglais (Etats-Unis, ROC et marches internationaux))*

Responsibilities and Duties:



Provide customer support by phone, email, chat, open forums and social media; Attend in-house supplier training sessions and provide technical product information to customers; Collaborate with established suppliers; Create customer quotes and process their orders; Set up new accounts and maintain customer contact information in our ERP; Provide excellent customer service.
You may be required to carry out other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the needs of the business.

Requirements:



Experience in customer service (inbound or outbound calls); Strong computer knowledge (MS Outlook, Word, Excel); Multitasking between many software programs and online tools; Excellent problem-solving abilities; Exceptional communication skills as well as phone and email etiquette; A high level of attention to detail; Excellent team working skills; The ability to learn new skills quickly;

Required Languages:



Written and spoken French is required. Written and spoken English is required.
