Sous la responsabilite de la gestionnaire des operations le representant du service a la clientele servira de point de contact avec les clients tout en veillant a l'exactitude de tous les documents telecharges dans nos divers systemes. Les responsabilites comprennent, sans s'y limiter, la saisie de donnees, fournir un service rapide et efficace aux clients et la revision de documents.
Les responsabilites supplementaires incluent, mais ne sont pas limitees a :
Saisir et mettre a jour les donnees dans les systemes d'exploitation.
Suivi et suivi des envois
S'assurer que nous avons la documentation requise pour les envois et le telechargement dans les systemes d'exploitation
Offrir une experience de service a la clientele superieure par telephone et par courriel.
Signaler tout probleme non resolu qui pourrait survenir.
Effectuer d'autres taches au besoin.
Exigences :
1 an d'experience a un poste de saisie de donnees et/ou de service client
Excellentes competences en communication ecrite et orale. Bilinguisme souhaite
Excellentes competences dans MS Excel
Bilingue (anglais et francais)
+ La maitrise de l'anglais est obligatoire car ce role traite avec des employes canadiens et americains (80 %).

Mandate:
Reporting to the operations manager, the customer service representative will act as a point of contact to customers while ensuring the accuracy of all documentation being uploaded into our various systems. Responsibilities include but are not limited to data entry, providing prompt and efficient service to clients and document review.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Enter and update data into operating systems.
Tracking & tracing shipments
Ensuring we have the required documentation for shipments and uploading into operating systems
Provide a superior customer service experience via phone and email.
Escalate any unsolved issues that may arise.
Performs other duties as required.
Requirements:
1 Year Experience in a data entry and / or customer service role
Strong written and verbal communication skills. Bilingualism preferred
Strong excel skills
Bilingual (English and French)
+ Fluency in English is mandatory as this role deals with Canadian and US employees (80%).
