Le Programme avion commercial A220 est a la recherche d'un

Representant Qualite Client

pour rejoindre notre equipe de l'

organisation Qualite

basee a Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), ou vous

serez le principal point de liaison entre la Qualite Airbus et nos precieux clients

.


Vous ferez partie de l'equipe

Multifonctionnelle d'Acceptation et de Livraison Client

responsable de

representer l'organisation Qualite d'Airbus aupres des clients, d'etablir des relations de confiance et de gerer la resolution des problemes de qualite tout au long des phases de production et de livraison des avions.



L'organisation de l'equipe est etablie pour favoriser la collaboration transversale de maniere autonome, en se soutenant mutuellement et en apprenant collectivement.


Votre role en tant que

Representant Qualite Client

sera de

gerer la communication client pour tous les sujets lies a la qualite, d'assurer la gestion des risques des problemes qualite et de coordonner les actions correctives pour ameliorer la satisfaction client.

A propos du Role :



En tant qu'acteur cle de l'equipe multifonctionnelle d'Acceptation et de Livraison Client (CAD MFT), le Representant Qualite Client est le principal point de liaison entre la Qualite Airbus et nos precieux clients. Integre a la Ligne Client, vous serez responsable d'un portefeuille dedie de clients, en construisant et en maintenant des relations solides et de confiance tout au long du cycle de production de l'avion, avec un accent particulier sur les phases de la Chaine d'Assemblage Final et de la Livraison.


Ce role est essentiel pour renforcer la satisfaction client tout en protegeant les interets d'Airbus. Vous agirez comme la voix de la Qualite aupres de nos clients, assurant une communication claire et efficace sur toutes les questions liees a la qualite.


Vos defis:



Communication Client et Gestion des Relations :



+ Gerer toutes les communications clients concernant les sujets lies a la qualite, qu'il s'agisse de la cabine, de la structure, des systemes ou de la peinture.
+ Cultiver et maintenir une relation solide et de confiance avec les clients assignes tout au long du cycle de production et de livraison des avions.

Resolution et Amelioration des Problemes Qualite :



+ Definir, prioriser et convenir en collaboration avec les clients des principaux irritants qualite et des elements repetitifs, qu'ils soient specifiques a un seul client ou a travers les flottes.
+ Animer la "Boucle de Retroaction Client" en collaborant avec des equipes transversales (Qualite, Operations, Ingenierie, Achats, etc.) pour adresser et resoudre les problemes identifies.
+ Lancer et/ou coordonner des actions correctives et des projets qualite visant a ameliorer la satisfaction client (par exemple, reduction des elements repetitifs client, amelioration des concessions).

Gestion des Risques et Anticipation :



+ Assurer une gestion robuste des risques lies a la qualite, y compris les Problemes Majeurs de Fabrication, la reaffectation des Acceptations Clients , l'examen des Concessions, et la gestion des Rapports d'Enquete Qualite .
+ Favoriser une coherence inter-sites et inter-programmes des actions ainsi qu'un etat d'esprit d'anticipation en matiere de gestion de la qualite.

Connaissance des Problemes en Service et Strategie :



+ Assurer que le CAD MFT est pleinement conscient des problemes qualite en service.
+ Definir et mettre en oeuvre les strategies de confinement et de communication associees avec le CAD MFT.

Votre profil:



Baccalaureat en gestion des operations

ou dans un domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente).

Minimum de 5 a 7 ans d'experience

dans l'industrie manufacturiere, l'

experience dans l'aerospatiale etant un atout majeur

. Capacite averee a etablir et maintenir des relations clients solides. Excellentes competences en communication, negociation et relations interpersonnelles. Solides capacites d'analyse et de resolution de problemes. Familiarite avec les processus de fabrication aeronautique et les normes de qualite est fortement souhaitable. Capacite a travailler efficacement au sein d'equipes pluridisciplinaires. Vous avez la capacite de travailler sous pression et de respecter les delais. Vous avez du leadership, de l'autonomie, la capacite de travailler en equipe ainsi que du professionnalisme. Vous avez un esprit logique et flexible avec un sens de l'initiative et une attention aux details. Le bilinguisme pour la communication orale et ecrite en anglais et en francais est requis. Vous aurez a faire preuve d'une grande disponibilite pendant certaines periodes incluant les livraisons.

Customer Quality Representative

to join our

Quality organization

team based in Mirabel (Quebec, Canada), where you

will serve as the primary liaison between Airbus Quality and our valued customers

You will be part of the

Customer Acceptance and Delivery Multi-Functional Team (CAD MFT)

responsible for

representing the Airbus Quality organization to customers, building trustful relationships, and driving resolution of quality issues throughout the aircraft production and delivery phases.



The team organization is established to promote cross-collaboration autonomously, supporting each other and learning collectively.


Your role as

Customer Quality Representative

will be to

manage customer communication for all quality-related topics, ensure risk management of quality issues, and coordinate corrective actions to enhance customer satisfaction.

About the Role:



As a key member of the Customer Acceptance and Delivery Multi-Functional Team (CAD MFT), the Customer Quality Representative serves as the primary liaison between Airbus Quality and our valued customers. Integrated within the Customer Line, you will be responsible for a dedicated portfolio of customers, building and maintaining strong, trustful relationships throughout the aircraft production cycle, with a particular focus on the Final Assembly Line and Delivery phases.


This role is critical in reinforcing customer satisfaction while safeguarding Airbus's interests. You will act as the voice of Quality to our customers, ensuring clear and effective communication on all quality-related matters.


Your challenges:



Customer Communication & Relationship Management:



+ Manage all customer communication pertaining to quality topics, encompassing cabin, structure, system, and paint related concerns.
+ Cultivate and maintain a strong, trustful relationship with assigned customers throughout the aircraft production and delivery lifecycle.

Quality Issue Resolution & Improvement:



+ Define, prioritize, and collaboratively agree with customers on top quality irritants and repetitive items, whether specific to a single customer or across fleets.
+ Drive the "Customer Feedback Loop" by collaborating with cross-functional teams (Quality, Operations, Engineering, Procurement, etc.) to address and resolve identified issues.
+ Launch and/or coordinate quality corrective actions and projects aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction (e.g., reduction of repetitive customer items, concession improvement).

Risk Management & Anticipation:



+ Ensure robust risk management of quality topics, including Major Manufacturing Issues, Customer Acceptance re-allocation, Concession review, and Quality Survey Report management.
+ Foster a cross-site and cross-programme consistency and anticipation mindset in quality management.

In-Service Issue Awareness & Strategy:



+ Ensure the CAD MFT is fully aware of in-service quality issues.
+ Define and implement associated containment and communication strategies with the CAD MFT.

Your boarding pass:



Bachelor's degree in Operations Management

or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience

in the manufacturing industry, with

aerospace experience being a significant asset

. Proven ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Familiarity with aircraft manufacturing processes and quality standards is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams. You have the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. You possess leadership, autonomy, the ability to work in a team, and professionalism. You have a logical and flexible mind with a sense of initiative and attention to detail. Bilingual oral and written communication in English and French is required. You will have to show great availability during certain periods including deliveries.
