L'impact que vous aurez dans ce role
3M recherche un(e) Representant(e) principal des ventes pour sa Division de la protection individuelle, base dans la region du Saguenay ou de la ville de Quebec. La personne retenue aura un impact en stimulant la croissance des ventes d'equipements de protection individuelle aupres de clients cles, dans un marche industriel lourd, dans les regions du Saguenay, de la Gaspesie et de la Cote?Nord. Le travail couvrira des comptes utilisateurs finaux cibles et un reseau de distributeurs. Vous developperez egalement le marche aupres de nouveaux clients et la ou les marches de la construction et de l'industrie sont en croissance. Si vous avez la capacite d'apprendre et etes un(e) representant(e) des ventes chevronne(e), la connaissance du domaine de la securite personnelle est un atout, mais n'est pas obligatoire.

Responsabilites principales :Stimuler la croissance des ventes et la croissance organique aupres des clients cles du territoire, aupres des utilisateurs finaux existants et nouveaux Donner des presentations de formation aux clients et partenaires de distribution, sensibiliser les professionnels de l'industrie et promouvoir les solutions 3M Collaborer avec les equipes Marketing et Techniques pour contribuer aux etudes de marche, aux lancements de nouveaux produits et aux projets promotionnels Developpement personnel, approfondir les connaissances produits et reglementaires par l'autoformation et les programmes de formation de l'entreprise


Vehicule de societe
Ce poste necessite la conduite d'un vehicule de societe, ce qui impliquera une verification prealable a l'embauche et continue de l'historique de conduite pour les candidats a qui une offre est faite et qui sont embauches.

Vos competences et votre expertise
Pour vous preparer a reussir dans ce role des le premier jour, 3M exige au minimum les qualifications suivantes:

Diplome d'etudes collegiales Cinq (5) annees d'experience en vente dans un environnement prive, public, gouvernemental ou militaire Permis de conduire valide

Bilingue (francais et anglais) Baccalaureat/diplome collegial ou plus (obtenu et verifie avant l'entree en fonction) Diplome en sante et securite, vente d'un etablissement accredite Dix (10) annees d'experience en vente dans un environnement prive, public, gouvernemental ou militaire + Gestion de comptes cles - gestion strategique des ventes - competences en negociation - gestion des relations clients


Lieu de travail: a distance.Deplacements: Dans ce role, vous devrez vous deplacer environ 75% du temps dans les regions du Saguenay, de la Gaspesie et de la Cote?Nord, ce qui implique des nuitees. Un permis de conduire valide est requis.

The Impact You'll Make in this Role

3M is seeking a Core Sales Representative for its Personal Safety Division (PSD) located in the Saguenay region or Quebec City area. The successful candidate will make an impact by driving personal protective equipment sales growth with key account customers, in a heavy industrial market, within the Saguenay and Gaspesie, Cote Nord regions. Work will encompass targeted End User accounts and Distributor Networks. You will also develop the market with new customers and where the construction and industrial market is growing. If you have the capacity to learn and are a seasoned sales representative, knowledge in the PSD space is an asset, but not required.
Main Responsibilities:Driving sales growth and organic growth with key customers, within territory with new and existing end-user customers Conducting training presentations to customers and channel partners, educating industrial professionals, and promoting 3M solutions Collaborating with Marketing and Technical teams to assist with market research, new product launches, and promotional projects Personal development, product and regulatory knowledge through self-study and corporate training programs

Company Vehicle
This position requires driving a company vehicle, which will require pre-employment and ongoing review of motor vehicle history for candidates who are offered and hired for this position
Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Diploma of College Studies (DCS) Five (5) years of sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment Current, valid Driver's License

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Bilingual (French and English) Bachelor's degree/College Certificate or higher (completed and verified prior to start) Degree in [Health and Safety, Sales] from an accredited institution Ten (10) years of Sales experience in a private, public, government or military environment Key account management - Strategic selling - negotiation skills - Customer relationship management

Work location: remote.Travel: May include up to In this role, you will be required to travel approximately 75% of the time within the Saguenay and Gaspesie, Cote Nord regions, which involve overnight stays. A valid driver's license is required. Relocation: May be authorized
