Resume du poste :

Le representant commercial sur le terrain sera responsable de la croissance des ventes en etablissant et en maintenant des relations solides avec nos clients B2B. Ce role necessite une personne proactive et dynamique capable d'identifier de nouvelles opportunites commerciales, de fournir un service client exceptionnel et d'atteindre les objectifs de vente.


Responsabilites principales :




Gestion des relations clients :

Developper et maintenir des relations solides avec les clients existants et potentiels pour comprendre leurs besoins et fournir des solutions adaptees.

Croissance des ventes :

Identifier et poursuivre de nouvelles opportunites commerciales pour elargir la base de clients et augmenter les revenus des ventes.

Connaissance des produits :

Maintenir une comprehension approfondie de nos offres de produits et rester informe des tendances de l'industrie pour communiquer efficacement les avantages aux clients.

Presentations de vente :

Realiser des presentations de vente et des demonstrations de produits aux clients, en mettant en avant les caracteristiques et les avantages cles.

Negociation :

Negocier les termes et conditions des accords de vente pour parvenir a des resultats mutuellement benefiques.

Support client :

Fournir un support continu aux clients, en repondant rapidement et professionnellement a leurs problemes ou preoccupations.

Recherche de marche :

Effectuer des recherches de marche pour identifier les tendances, les activites des concurrents et les domaines potentiels de croissance.

Rapports :

Preparer des rapports de vente et des previsions reguliers pour suivre les performances et informer les decisions strategiques.

Collaboration :

Travailler en etroite collaboration avec l'equipe de vente interne et les autres departements pour assurer une prestation de service fluide et la satisfaction des clients.

Qualifications :




Experience averee dans les ventes B2B, de preference dans l'industrie automobile. Excellentes competences en communication et en relations interpersonnelles. Capacite a etablir et a maintenir des relations clients a long terme. Excellentes competences en negociation et en presentation. Motivation personnelle avec une approche axee sur les resultats. Permis de conduire valide.

Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Valid driver's license.
