Quesys est une societe de conseil en informatique et un fournisseur de services geres (MSP) base a Montreal qui fournit des solutions informatiques completes a un large eventail d'industries. Nous sommes fiers et nous nous sommes donne pour mission de creer un environnement de travail positif fonde sur l'excellence technique et la croissance professionnelle

Vos responsabilites



S'informer sur les produits et services que nous offrons; Developper et maintenir des relations solides avec des clients nouveaux et existants; Trouver des prospects par le biais de la prospection a chaud et a froid; Promouvoir et vendre nos produits et services aux clients existants et potentiels; Assurer le suivi des clients et des prospects tout au long du processus de vente; Agir en tant que conseiller de confiance; Suivre toutes les activites de vente et preparer et presenter des rapports aux gestionnaires de comptes.

Competences essentielles



Le bilinguisme en francais et en anglais (ecrit et parle) est indispensable! Minimum 1 an d'experience en vente (face a face ou par telephone) (un atout mais pas obligatoire); Capacite a identifier et a comprendre les besoins et les interets des clients; Experience reussie dans l'atteinte ou le depassement des quotas; Excellentes aptitudes a la communication (verbale, ecrite et a l'ecoute); Solides competences en matiere de service a la clientele et de negociation; Solides competences en matiere de relations interpersonnelles et de resolution de problemes; La connaissance des services informatiques est un plus!

Responsibilities



As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients by acting as a trusted advisor and driving sales that are specific to the clients' needs. A typical day (non-exhaustive list):

Learn about the products and services we offer; Source leads through warm and cold prospecting; Promote and sell our products and services to existing and prospective clients; Upselling and cross-selling; Follow up with clients and prospects throughout the entire sales process; Track all sales activities and prepare and present reports when needed to account managers.

Must haves



Fluency in English and French (written and spoken) is a must! Minimum 1 year of closing sales experience (face-to-face or by phone) (an asset but not required); Ability to identify and understand clients' needs and interests; Successful track record of meeting or exceeding quotas; Excellent communication skills (verbal, written and listening); Strong customer service and negotiation skills; Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; Knowledge of IT services is a plus!

Pay: $65,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
