Smoke Arsenal is one of the largest distributors of vaping products and cannabis accessories in the country, with a strong and growing presence in Quebec. Following our successful rebrand and merger, we're now looking to expand our Quebec sales team with a driven Sales Representative to help us grow from $2M to over $12M in annual revenue.
This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role. You'll be supplying vape shops, convenience stores, smoke shops, and licensed retailers with the latest products in a fast-moving market.
We're looking for someone bilingual, ambitious, and unafraid of cold calling. Someone who wants to build a career, not just clock in.
Responsibilities:
Cold call and prospect new B2B clients across Eastern Quebec.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts.
Respond to inquiries and share product recommendations via phone and email.
Stay informed on product lines, competitor trends, and industry developments.
Maintain a client database and follow up consistently on leads and opportunities.
Present product features and value propositions clearly and persuasively.
Track payments, invoice status, and assist in account coordination.
Close sales and exceed monthly targets.
Qualifications:
Fluency in both French and English.
Confidence and consistency with outbound cold calling.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Self-motivated with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy.
Some level of experience in sales or customer service.
