Job Description

Smoke Arsenal is one of the largest distributors of vaping products and cannabis accessories in the country, with a strong and growing presence in Quebec. Following our successful rebrand and merger, we're now looking to expand our Quebec sales team with a driven Sales Representative to help us grow from $2M to over $12M in annual revenue.

This is a business-to-business (B2B) sales role. You'll be supplying vape shops, convenience stores, smoke shops, and licensed retailers with the latest products in a fast-moving market.

We're looking for someone bilingual, ambitious, and unafraid of cold calling. Someone who wants to build a career, not just clock in.

Responsibilities:

Cold call and prospect new B2B clients across Eastern Quebec. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing accounts. Respond to inquiries and share product recommendations via phone and email. Stay informed on product lines, competitor trends, and industry developments. Maintain a client database and follow up consistently on leads and opportunities. Present product features and value propositions clearly and persuasively. Track payments, invoice status, and assist in account coordination. Close sales and exceed monthly targets.
Qualifications:

Fluency in both French and English. Confidence and consistency with outbound cold calling. Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Self-motivated with a competitive, entrepreneurial mindset. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and general computer literacy. Some level of experience in sales or customer service.

Base salary:

$45,000/year

Commission:

2% on all sales, no cap!

. Tu approvisionneras des boutiques de vape, depanneurs, et commerces specialises partout a l'est du Quebec avec les meilleurs produits du marche.

On cherche une personne bilingue, ambitieuse et a l'aise avec les appels a froid, qui voit au-dela d'un simple emploi.

Responsabilites :

Effectuer des appels sortants chaque jour a des clients potentiels B2B. Ouvrir de nouveaux comptes et entretenir ceux existants. Repondre aux demandes et proposer les bons produits par telephone et courriel. Rester informe(e) des tendances, nouveautes produits et competiteurs. Gerer un fichier client et effectuer les suivis de facon proactive. Presenter clairement les avantages et caracteristiques des produits. Assurer le suivi des paiements, factures, et coordination des comptes. Conclure des ventes et depasser les objectifs mensuels.
Profil recherche :

Parfaitement bilingue francais / anglais Confiance au telephone et aisance a faire des appels a froid Bonnes competences organisationnelles et en communication Esprit d'initiative, competitif(ve) et motive(e) par les resultats Maitrise de Microsoft Office (ou logiciel equivalent) Experience en vente ou service client
