Nous sommes a la recherche d'un(e) representant(e) des ventes dynamique et axe(e) sur les resultats pour se joindre a notre equipe dans le secteur aerospatial. La personne retenue sera responsable du developpement de nouvelles affaires, de la gestion des comptes existants et de la promotion de nos services specialises de fabrication par procedes humides -- incluant les traitements de surface, procedes chimiques, placage et revetements -- adaptes a l'industrie aerospatiale.
Responsabilites principales
Identifier, poursuivre et obtenir de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires aupres des OEM aeronautiques ainsi que des fournisseurs de rang 1 et 2.
Etablir et maintenir de solides relations avec les clients existants, en assurant leur satisfaction et la recurrence des affaires.
Developper et executer des plans de vente strategiques afin d'atteindre les objectifs de revenus et de croissance.
Promouvoir les capacites de procedes humides de l'entreprise (anodisation, usinage chimique, placage, revetements de conversion, traitements de surface, etc.).
Collaborer avec les equipes d'ingenierie et de production pour fournir un soutien technique et des solutions personnalisees aux clients.
Preparer et presenter des presentations, propositions et soumissions communiquant efficacement la valeur ajoutee de nos services.
Realiser regulierement des analyses de marche afin d'identifier les tendances, les activites de la concurrence et les besoins des clients.
Se tenir informe des tendances actuelles de l'industrie aerospatiale, de la concurrence, des enjeux competitifs et des produits.
Representer l'entreprise lors de salons professionnels, d'evenements industriels et de rencontres avec les clients.
Maintenir des dossiers precis des activites de vente, previsions et opportunites en pipeline dans les systemes CRM.
Qualifications et experience
Baccalaureat en administration des affaires, en ingenierie ou dans un domaine connexe (ou experience equivalente).
3 a 5+ annees d'experience en ventes dans l'industrie aerospatiale, de la defense ou de la fabrication de pointe.
Solide connaissance des normes aerospatiales (NADCAP, AS9100) et des procedes humides de fabrication, un atout considerable.
Antecedents prouves d'atteinte ou de depassement des objectifs de vente.
Excellentes competences en communication, negociation et presentation.
Capacite a comprendre et a expliquer des procedes techniques et des solutions a des interlocuteurs non techniques.
Autonomie, sens de l'organisation et capacite a travailler de maniere independante ainsi qu'en equipe.
Disponibilite pour voyager chez les clients, aux salons professionnels et aux evenements de l'industrie.
Capacite a identifier de nouvelles opportunites d'affaires, a developper de nouveaux clients et a explorer de nouveaux marches en appui aux objectifs de croissance.
Experience avec les systemes ERP/MRP. L'experience avec le logiciel INFOR sera consideree comme un atout.
Competences organisationnelles exceptionnelles, incluant une grande attention aux details, la capacite a rester calme, a travailler sous pression et a prioriser les taches.
Capacite demontree a elaborer des propositions et a conclure avec succes des negociations contractuelles complexes.
Bilinguisme francais/anglais.
Maitrise de la suite Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project).
Excellent communicateur.

About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Sales Representative
to join our team in the aerospace sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business development, managing existing accounts, and promoting our specialized
wet process manufacturing services
--including surface treatments, chemical processing, plating, and coatings--tailored to the aerospace industry.
Key Responsibilities
Identify, pursue, and secure new business opportunities with aerospace OEMs, Tier 1, and Tier 2 suppliers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue and growth targets.
Promote the company's wet process capabilities (anodizing, chemical milling, plating, conversion coatings, surface treatments, etc.).
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to provide technical support and customized solutions to customers.
Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and quotes that effectively communicate value propositions.
Conduct regular market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Be well informed about current aerospace industry trends, competition, competitive issues, and products.
Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline opportunities in CRM systems.

Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3-5+ years of sales experience in the aerospace, defense, or advanced manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of aerospace standards (NADCAP, AS9100) and wet process manufacturing methods is a strong asset.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to understand and communicate technical processes and solutions to non-technical stakeholders.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel to customer sites, trade shows, and industry events.
Ability to identify new business prospects as well as the ability to develop new customers and new markets to support business growth targets;
Experience with
ERP/MRP
systems. Experience with INFOR software will be considered an asset;
Exceptional organisational skills, including meticulous attention to detail and the ability remain calm, work well under pressure and prioritise tasks
Demonstrated ability to develop proposals, and successfully close complex contract negotiations;
Bilingualism in French and English;
Microsoft suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project);
Excellent communicator.
