• R\xc3\xa9pondre aux appels entrants de nos clients avec une authenticit\xc3\xa9 av\xc3\xa9r\xc3\xa9e.
• \xc3\x89couter attentivement les besoins des clients pour leur offrir une exp\xc3\xa9rience personnalis\xc3\xa9e.
• Faire preuve d\'empathie, d\'ouverture d\'esprit et maintenir une attitude positive quelle que soit la situation.
• R\xc3\xa9soudre les cas difficiles tout en gardant le contr\xc3\xb4le de l\'appel (nos formations vous aideront \xc3\xa0 y parvenir !).
• G\xc3\xa9rez efficacement votre temps pour optimiser le traitement des appels.

• Answer incoming calls from our customers with proven authenticity.
• Listen carefully to customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs to provide them with a personalized experience.

• Resolve difficult cases while maintaining control of the call (our trainings will help you get there!)
• Efficiently manage your time to optimize call processing.
• Support your teammates. It is by sharing our strategies that we can offer impeccable service.

Requirements

Vous \xc3\xaates un candidat id\xc3\xa9al si vous :

• Parlez couramment l\'anglais.
• Vous avez obtenu un dipl\xc3\xb4me d\'\xc3\xa9tudes secondaires.
• Vous pouvez facilement vous adapter \xc3\xa0 des situations changeantes.
• Vous \xc3\xaates motiv\xc3\xa9 par le fait d\'aider les autres et de gagner la confiance des gens.
• Vous ma\xc3\xaetrisez l\'art de l\'analyse et de la r\xc3\xa9solution de probl\xc3\xa8mes.
• Vous \xc3\xaates \xc3\xa0 l\'aise avec la technologie.
• Si vous avez une exp\xc3\xa9rience pr\xc3\xa9alable de la vente, du service \xc3\xa0 la client\xc3\xa8le ou des centres d\'appels, c\'est un atout majeur !

• Option to work from home after completing the three month probationary period.
• Full time 40 hours/week schedule between Monday to Sunday, from 8:00am to midnight.

• A salary of $15/ hour for unilingual agents.
