Repairs & Maintenance Technician
Job Description
Responsibilities / Experience:
- Drywall repair, taping, painting
- Door handle and lock installation
- Bathroom hardware installation
- Appliance installation
- Access panel installation
- Floor repair and installation
- Apply silicone and caulking
- Construction finishing
- Wood framing
- Basic plumbing: Unclog sewage lines, sink and toilet installation
- Basic electrical: Install light switches, timers, light fixtures, and other
- Basic handyman skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Note: While most of the duties are based in Surrey, this role includes work and projects at other sites in the lower mainland.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN VEHICLE AND TOOLS.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Apprenticeship
Pay: $30.00-$40.00 per hour
