Summary



Our busy team is seeking an enthusiastic Repair Planner to join our team at Luxuria Auto. The Repair Planner will work to ensure that our valued customers receive a legendary customer service experience. The Repair Planner is responsible for maintaining a proper balance between the profitability of the company, supporting the collision shop and the achievement of total customer satisfaction. The Repair Planner may handle communication with the adjuster and customer regarding repairs and repair status of the vehicle. The incumbent helps to finalize the estimate to upload by identifying and mapping all the damages to be repaired and may be responsible to schedule sublets.

Job Duties



Handle all appraisals, repair orders, supplements, and warranties. Ensure ongoing communication with adjuster, production staff and customer service reps. Work to resolve any customer concerns or dissatisfaction. Maintain complete knowledge and comply with company and departmental policies, procedures and standards. Cultivate a positive working relationship with team members and management. Maintain a clean and orderly work area to comply with all health & safety procedures. Communicate and document repair status to customers and insurance companies. Other related tasks as required.

Requirements



High school or college automotive body repair diploma At least 1 year of direct experience in a similar role or senior estimating experience. A complete understanding of the day to day collision repair duties including estimating, production scheduling and meeting deadlines Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines Solid Mitchell Cloud Estimating and Connect skills Possess a valid drivers' license. Ability to prioritize, organize and plan work under own initiative in a busy environment. Highly organized, analytical, and motivated; ability to handle multiple concurrent assignments Strongly flexible, with solid interpersonal skills that allow one to work effectively in a diverse working environment. Able to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing. Able to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally at all times. Computer Skills - MS Office applications, Outlook, Estimating Software, Repair Center, Mitchell Connect

Working Conditions



Travel to off-site locations may be required. Safety equipment will be required, e.g. steel-toed safety footwear, safety glasses/goggles, etc. Hazards associated with the trade. Exposure to loud noises. Work both indoors and outdoors.
