What You'll Be Doing

Writing accurate, detailed estimates for collision repairs Coordinating repair plans and ensuring top-quality results Communicating with customers, insurers, and technicians Helping the shop stay organized, efficient, and customer-focused Stepping up to lead as opportunities grow

What You'll be Bringing

2+ years' experience as an Estimator or Repair Planner (preferred) Strong understanding of application of repair procedures & Mitchell Estimating Great communication and teamwork skills A positive attitude and commitment to customer satisfaction Leadership potential - you're the kind of person others can count on
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $85,000.00 per year
