Estimator/Repair Planner
CSN Hubert's is looking for an Estimator/Repair Planner. An Estimator/Repair Planner will be required to analyze and inspect damaged vehicles while creating a relationship with the customers. They will also be assisting with multiple office duties and repair planning.
Job Duties:
Inspect damaged vehicles and create accurate repair estimate using a computerized estimating system. Order parts for upcoming jobs Book customer appointment Update information in the Management System Communicate with insurance companies in a professional manner Finalize and close work orders Disassemble vehicles to assess damage and assist with repair process
An Estimator must:
Have great customer service skills Be very familiar with using modern technology Be able to work in a fast-paced work environment
