Summary

We are seeking a Collision Damage Appraiser/Repair Planner to join our dynamic team at CSN St. Clair, Sarnia. In this role, you will play a crucial part in assessing vehicle damage and setting the stage for a blueprint for repair.

Responsibilities

Evaluate vehicle damage and prepare detailed repair estimates and send final bills to Insurance Companies upon completion. Research and provide repair procedures to technicians to determine necessary repairs. Communicate effectively with customers keeping them informed of repair progress. Provide excellent customer service throughout the appraisal process. Take ongoing training (provided) to stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an auto appraiser or similar role in the automotive industry.

A background in the automotive field would be beneficial. Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of automotive repair processes. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work collaboratively with front office staff and a team of technicians. Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Customer Service experience is an asset.
