What You'll Be Doing

Lead Repair Operations (20%)
Perform and supervise mobile repairs to the highest standard of accuracy, efficiency, and care.
Support other stores with technical insights and troubleshooting.
Keep up with new tech trends, devices, and repair methods.
Lead and complete ad hoc projects to support the Repair Department's goals and success.
Own Inventory & Systems (30%)
Manage and optimize inventory using systems like RepairQ.
Ensure the right parts are always in stock, especially for high-demand repairs and promotions.
Help design and improve systems that keep our operations humming.
Support & Develop Technicians (20%)
Train and onboard new team members using our Repair Training SOP Guide.
Coach technicians to reach their full potential and maintain a culture of continuous improvement.
Customer Experience Champion (10%)
Be the friendly face at our HQ store -- helping customers by phone, email, and in person.
Step in during high-pressure situations to create smooth, positive outcomes.
Optimize Store Operations (20%)
Keep the repair floor clean, organized, and efficient.
Update repair pricing and website content to stay competitive in the market.
