Overview


We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Renovator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various construction trades and be proficient in the use of hand and power tools. This role involves working on diverse renovation projects, ensuring that all work is completed to the highest standards of quality and safety. The Renovator will be responsible for transforming spaces through restoration, installation, and finishing tasks.

Responsibilities



Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to execute renovation projects accurately. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for tasks such as carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, and masonry. Perform concrete forming and finishing to create durable surfaces for various applications. Install cabinets, flooring, tiles, and perform caulking to ensure a polished finish on all projects. Conduct construction painting to enhance the aesthetic appeal of renovated spaces. Estimate materials and labor costs for renovation projects to ensure budget compliance. Operate heavy equipment safely when required for specific renovation tasks. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high-quality standards. Uphold safety protocols at all times to protect yourself and others on the job site.

Requirements



Proven experience in construction or renovation work with a strong portfolio of completed projects. Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics related to construction tasks. Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment relevant to renovation activities. Knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, masonry, welding, concrete forming/finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, and cabinet installation is essential. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering quality workmanship. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Work Location: In person
