As a Renovator, you will be responsible for executing various renovation tasks, ensuring high-quality workmanship while adhering to safety standards. This role requires attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Responsibilities

Ability to carry out interior wood framing. Perform flooring installation, including hardwood, laminate, and tile. Execute caulking tasks to ensure proper sealing in various applications. installation of interior doors, trims and baseboard. General carpentry work. Utilize power tools effectively for various renovation projects. Skills in drywall installation, taping and mudding. Lay tiles with precision and care for aesthetic appeal and durability. Carry out construction painting tasks, ensuring a professional finish. Plumb fixtures and appliances as required for renovations. Read and interpret blueprints to understand project requirements and layouts. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.

Requirements

Proven experience in renovation or related construction fields. Proficiency in flooring installation techniques. Strong skills in caulking, electrical work, power tools usage, tile laying, construction painting, plumbing, building, restoring, and blueprint reading. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
