Job Description

We are seeking a skilled labourer to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction and installation, demonstrating proficiency with hand tools and the ability to read blueprints. This role requires a hands-on approach, attention to detail, and the capability to perform heavy lifting as needed. The Installer will be responsible for ensuring that all installations meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner. Need to be familiar with soffit, facia, eavestrough etc.

Duties

Perform installations of various products according to specifications and blueprints. Comfortable working at heights Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for assembly and installation tasks. Conduct thorough inspections of work areas before and after installation to ensure safety and quality. Execute caulking and sealing tasks as required for finished installations. Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Maintain a clean and organized work environment throughout the installation process. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines and any necessary adjustments.

Experience

Proven experience as an Installer or in a similar maintenance person role is preferred. Strong knowledge of hand tools, power tools, and construction techniques. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings accurately. Experience with heavy lifting, ensuring safety protocols are followed during all tasks. Familiarity with carpentry practices is a plus, enhancing overall installation quality.
