Positions Available:

Lead Hand

Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members on job sites Read plans, delegate tasks, and manage daily workflow Perform a wide range of skilled renovation tasks Communicate with clients and supervisors Ensure high-quality, timely completion of work

Qualifications:

Previous experience in renovations, carpentry, or construction Strong leadership and problem-solving skills Must be physically fit Valid driver's license

General Labourer

Responsibilities:

Assist with various tasks: demolition, cleanup, loading materials, site prep Support carpenters and tradespeople as needed Keep job sites safe and organized Travel to multiple sites around Greater Victoria

Qualifications:

Physically capable of manual labour Positive attitude and strong work ethic Experience is an asset but not required Valid driver's license
