Renovation Contractor

Job Description
We are seeking a sub-contractor to preform interior renovations; the ideal candidate will have experience in various aspects of Construction and a keen eye for detail.
Duties include and not limited to:
1.Apply drywall to interior walls, ceilings and any partitions, apply mud to create a smooth finish.
2.Prepare walls and ceilings for painting
3. Install flooring where required
4. Install tiles where needed
5.Install and repair doors and windows
6.Install Trim where needed
Required skills
: Maintenance person, carpenterAbility to work independently, attention to detail.
Rate of pay to be negotiated depending on experience.
This is a temporary 2- 3 month contract.
Job Type: Fixed term contract
