Building Maintenance Technician

The Position

This is a hands-on role that involves performing a variety maintenance, retrofit, renovation, and construction duties for our commercial retail clients throughout the GTA. Your role will involve plumbing, fixture repairs, calking, painting, drywall and framing, interior renovations, and general repairs for our major commercial retail clients throughout the region. Candidates who have a broad trades background and experience in commercial construction and renovations are particularly suited to this role.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should have the following:

At least two to five years' experience in construction, renovations, plumbing, and/or other trades with a preference for those with commercial experience Flexible attitude regarding scope of work A passion for being on the tools A valid driver license in good standing Familiarity with the Greater Toronto Area A focus on safety and quality Highly driven and focused on doing the right thing for customers Exceptional work ethic A commitment to world-class customer service A desire to have fun and work hard
