Concord Homes

is seeking an experienced

Renovation Carpenter/Finish Carpenter/Tiler

to be part of our team.

Job Summary:

This position would involve over-seeing residential renovation projects from beginning to end including managing a crew, sub contractors, daily tasks, and material management. Must be willing to work on-site on the tools as well as handle management duties. Previous on-site experience and knowledge of residential construction including new builds and/or home renovations is required as well as reading and understanding blueprints. ICF foundations and considered an asset. This position could includes a company vehicle and work phone.

Responsibilities:

Maintain and organize all materials, tools, and products.

Must be professional and provide positive and courteous customer service to clients.

Possess excellent communication skills and can manage multiple priorities.

Submit weekly paperwork accurately on time, complete and neat.

Follow and lead by example all health and safety policies and procedures.

Maintain a clean and non-cluttered worksite as well as company vehicles.

Able to estimate the quantity of materials needed to complete a job.

Detail oriented with excellent carpentry skills.

Qualifications:

Licenced Carpenter or equivalent experience with good mathematical and measurement skills.

Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.

Professional appearance.

Ability to work with others or independently.

Able to work full time with a flexible schedule.

Working at Heights Certificate.

Lifting of tools, supplies and materials of 50 lbs or more

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37 - 44 per week
