We are currently seeking a Remote Virtual Assistant to support our management and operations teams with daily administrative, communication, and coordination tasks. As a Virtual Assistant at GSR Group, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth business operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, and providing administrative support to various departments. You will be responsible for helping streamline processes, improve efficiency, and assist leadership in executing strategic and routine tasks.
This role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and a high level of reliability. Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for team members and executives.
Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documents as requested.
Organize and maintain digital files, folders, and shared drives.
Handle email management, respond to inquiries, and filter messages for priority action.
Assist with data entry, recordkeeping, and document formatting.
Communication & Coordination
Serve as a first point of contact for internal and external communications.
Draft and edit correspondence, announcements, and business emails.
Coordinate with vendors, partners, and clients as directed.
Follow up on outstanding tasks, deadlines, and deliverables.
Facilitate communication between departments to ensure timely project execution.
Project & Operations Support
Support project coordination, track milestones, and update progress reports.
Conduct online research to support business initiatives and decision-making.
Assist with onboarding new clients, partners, or team members.
Manage administrative aspects of marketing or client engagement campaigns.
Support financial and logistics functions such as invoice processing or expense tracking. Qualifications & Requirements
Education & Experience
High school diploma required; associate's or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred.
At least 1-3 years of experience as a virtual assistant, administrative assistant, or similar remote role.
Experience working with professional services or consulting firms is an advantage.
Technical Proficiency
Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
Proficiency in project management or collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Notion, Slack).
Comfortable with CRM systems and cloud-based platforms.
Reliable internet connection and access to a dedicated work device (laptop/PC).
