ABOUT OUR CLIENT
Our client is a highly regarded law firm based in Victoria. The are open to remote candidates based in the state of British Columbia.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As a Residential Conveyancer your duties will include:
- Handling real estate transactions from start to finish.
- Reviewing contracts, title searches and other legal documents.
- Preparation of sale, purchase, and mortgage documents for residential conveyancing
- Correspondence and communication with all parties.
- All other administrative duties as required.
- 1+ years of experience dealing with residential conveyancing transactions
- Law firm experience
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work both within a team and independently
- $40,000 - $75,000 DOE
- Standard dental, medical and disability benefits package
- 3 weeks vacation
- Opportunity to work remotely (within BC)
