Your typical day at work:

As a Bilingual Sales Associate, you will ensure that the customers are getting the best value for all their products and services.

• Make outbound calls primarily to existing customers
• Upsell, and add on, products and services that fits with the customers\xe2\x80\x99 needs
• Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
• Strive to understand customer\xe2\x80\x99s situation and recognize the customer\xe2\x80\x99s needs
• Build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality
• Keep up to date on packages for Internet, Mobility, Programming and TV services
• Meeting and exceeding different KPI targets

You would be a great fit if you have:

• Fully bilingual in both French and English (written and oral)
• Experience working in a call center, specifically in an outbound sales role
• Minimum 6 months sales experience
• Experience following a script
• The ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections
• A hunger to earn a higher income in a bonus sales environment
• Strong computer skills, with the ability to multi-task using a wide range of software applications and programs
• Open availability to work within hours of operation: Monday to Friday 12PM- 9 PM EST and Saturday - Sunday 10am - 6pm EST
• The ability to connect computer directly to modem with an ethernet cord while working

Recruitment process: * First interview with member of Talent Acquistion team on Zoom

• Second interview with Operations Manager on Zoom
• Employment paperwork and background check via email by HR team
• Equipment deployment on site at our Toronto location (1920 Yonge St.) on designated day prior to training (Must be able to carry and transport desktop PC)
• Attend day one training on Zoom from comfort of your home
