Job Description
ServiceMaster Restore of Winnipeg remediates properties damaged by water, fire, mould, etc. We are looking for experienced Remediation Technicians to join our team. JOB DESCRIPTION
Work as a team member to complete the tasks set out on work orders including but not limited to:
- Stabilize damaged properties in emergency situations
- Clean up and demolition of affected building materials
- Remediation of mould &/or asbestos containing materials
- Packing out contents as needed
- Clean residential and commercial properties damaged by water and fire, etc.
- Participate in on-call rotation
REQUIREMENTS
- Experience in the restoration industry
- Experience working with mould & asbestos
- Construction & demolition knowledge
- Capable of carrying at least 50lbs
- Willing to travel out of town for work when required
- Criminal record search upon hire
- Current valid driver’s license
- Current IICRC – WRT certificate
- Ownership of basic hand tools
ASSETS
- Ownership of cordless power tools
- IICRC certifications such as: WRT, FSRT
- Experience with contents tracking software such as Encircle or Assured Pack-out
- Construction experience
- First Aid Certification
