Reliability Engineer

to

take the lead in maximizing equipment performance and reducing downtime

for our Technical Services team in Wabush, NL. In this role, you'll turn data into solutions, driving continuous improvement, cost optimization, and technical excellence that keep industries moving.

Location:

Wabush, NL

Salary:

$90,000 - $95,000 annually

Shift:

5x2 - will need to be local or relocate to Wabush area

What You'll Do

Oversee and coordinate branch office workload to ensure services are delivered efficiently. Monitor information flow and provide guidance on office procedures and training as required. Prepare reconciliations, adjustments, and branch financial reports; support forecasting, variance analysis, and capital expenditure budgets. Track fixed assets and manage accounts receivable, including credit applications and follow-up. Act as liaison with head office to resolve accounting, procedural, and reporting issues. Provide administrative support to branch departments including Human Resources, Service, Parts, and Sales.

What You Bring

Post-secondary education in business administration, accounting, or a related field. A minimum of 3 years of administrative or financial experience, preferably within the mining, construction, or automotive industry. Strong financial acumen with experience in reconciliations, reporting, and variance analysis. Highly organized with strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Effective communicator with the ability to build strong relationships across departments and with head office. Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with ERP systems is an asset.
