The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert immigration advice, conducting client consultations, preparing and submitting temporary and permanent residence applications, and developing tailored immigration strategies to ensure successful outcomes for clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and the operations team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct professional consultations
with prospective and existing clients to assess eligibility and provide tailored immigration pathways.
Develop customized immigration strategies
based on client profiles, goals, and current Canadian immigration policies.
Prepare, review, and submit
complete immigration applications, including Temporary Residence (TR), Permanent Residence (PR), study permits, work permits, LMIA, and family sponsorships.
Ensure compliance with IRCC and CICC regulations
by maintaining accurate and complete case files and following professional ethical standards.
Collaborate with the operations team
to ensure smooth case management, efficient documentation, and timely file submissions.
Stay updated
on immigration law, policy changes, and IRCC program updates to ensure clients receive the most accurate advice.
Advise and guide clients
through settlement options, extensions, appeals, or reconsiderations when required.
Participate in business development initiatives,
including supporting marketing efforts, creating client strategies, and contributing to the firm's growth.
Maintain client confidentiality
and build trust-based, long-term relationships through professionalism and ethical conduct.
Train and mentor junior staff or case officers,
as needed, to ensure consistent quality and efficiency in case preparation.
Qualifications & Skills:
Active RCIC license in good standing with CICC.
Proven experience in preparing and submitting TR/PR applications.
Strong understanding of Canadian immigration laws, policies, and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple files simultaneously.
Client-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
