We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and a passion for helping individuals navigate the complexities of immigration processes. Duties

Provide expert guidance on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to clients. Analyze client situations and develop tailored immigration strategies. Prepare and submit immigration applications and petitions accurately and timely. Maintain detailed records of client interactions and case progress using SharePoint. Communicate regularly with clients to update them on their case status and address any concerns. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient case management and resolution of issues. Utilize Excel for data tracking and reporting purposes related to client cases. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring junior staff and contributing to team development. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management.

Qualifications

Proven experience as an Immigration Consultant or in a similar role is preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Outlook. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; bilingual proficiency is a plus. Solid project management skills with the ability to analyze complex information effectively. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment. Exceptional time management skills, capable of prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Pay: $50,000.00-$70,000.00 per year
