At Ascentra Veterinary Dentistry and Oral Surgery, we're not your average vet clinic--we're a dentistry and oral surgery specialty hospital, where things get precise, technical, and just a little nerdy (in the best way). We're on the hunt for a very experienced RVT who knows their way around complex anesthesia and isn't afraid to take charge and lead a skilled, passionate technical team.

What You'll Be Doing (Besides Being Awesome):

Running anesthesia like a boss--even for complicated, high-risk dental and surgical cases Leading and mentoring a team of RVTs and assistants (with kindness, grit, and maybe a little caffeine) Owning the flow of the treatment area and making sure things run smoother than freshly scaled canines Working closely with our board-certified dental specialists Helping us maintain (and improve!) high standards of care with your know-how

You're Our Dream RVT If You:

Are a Registered Veterinary Technician in good standing Have 5+ years of solid clinical experience Can talk anesthesia protocols in your sleep (and probably do) Have leadership experience or are ready to confidently step into that role Are calm under pressure, detail-obsessed, and a natural motivator Bonus points if you've ever nerded out over a skull CT or dental rads
