VOX Mental Health is growing -- and we're seeking

MSW-level therapists

who are available

evenings and/or weekends

to meet increasing client demand.

We're currently looking for

one or two skilled Registered Social Workers (MSW)

with an interest in building their caseload around

non-traditional hours

, including

weeknights and weekends (recommended 10+ hours per week of availability)

Who We're Looking For

Must Have:

MSW and registration in good standing with the

Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW)

Evening and/or weekend availability (minimum 10+ hours/week) Valid professional liability insurance Live in or around Barrie ON Criminal Records and Vulnerable Sector Check (within the past year) Commitment to ethical practice, client-centred care, and ongoing learning Strong skills in individual and/or couples therapy Comfort working independently

Good to Have:

Specialized training in trauma, couples therapy, family systems, or attachment focused therapy

What You'll Do

Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, or families in a private practice setting Maintain timely case notes and treatment plans Uphold VOX's high standards for ethical, inclusive, and evidence-informed care Work as an independent contractor
