We are

urgently hiring

a

Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW)

who is passionate about helping clients heal, grow, and thrive.

We value diversity and equity in the field of psychotherapy and in the interest of clients.

This is an

in-person position

requiring a commitment of at

least 2 days per week

at our

Toronto office

(High Park - Bloor St & Dundas St W).

Must-Have Requirements

Master's degree in Counselling Psychology, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a related field (

must be completed

). Registered Psychotherapist (RP) or Registered Social Worker (RSW) in good standing with

CRPO

or

OCSWSSW

. Professional Liability Insurance.

2+ years of clinical experience

(individual therapy, mental health counselling, or related). Strong skills in assessment, treatment planning, and evidence-based interventions. Comfortable providing

in-person sessions

and some

virtual sessions

. Able to work independently, manage caseload, and maintain documentation.

Preferred Qualifications:

CBT, DBT, ACT, Narrative Therapy

Trauma-focused approaches (EMDR, CPT, Prolonged Exposure, TF-CBT)

Somatic or body-based therapies

(e.g., Somatic Experiencing, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy)

Attachment-based or relational models

(EFT, Gottman, IFS, EFFT, PACT, RLT, etc.) Experience working with

diverse populations

(BIPOC, LGBTQ+, newcomers, blended families). Comfort supporting clients with

trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, identity, or life transitions

. Fluency in a second language (asset).

Job Type

: Part-time, Permanent

Salary: $95.00-$111.00 per hour

Flexible Schedule-Monday to Friday, with weekend availability

Customizable shift options to support work-life balance.

Expectations:

Available to provide a

minimum of 15 client hours per week

, including

two in-person

shifts

one

evening

per week (3-9 pm) and

one weekend

(Saturday/ Sunday).

Maintain accurate client documentation

(e.g., progress notes) in compliance with CRPO/OCSWSSW guidelines. Monitor your schedule, email, and team messages regularly Manage client appointment arrival & payment in Jane scheduling software Own supervision (if needed) Equipped with a reliable, high-speed internet connection and the computer hardware necessary to conduct online video therapy sessions
