Focus Forward Therapy Group is a boutique-style mental health clinic serving the Ottawa community since 2014. We pride ourselves on offering high-quality, client-centered care in a collaborative and supportive environment. Our multidisciplinary team includes psychotherapists, social workers, dietitians, and other allied health professionals. We also provide specialized services, including Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy and sports psychology.

The Role

We are seeking a

Registered Psychotherapist

with formal training and experience in clinical supervision. This unique role combines direct client care with the opportunity to mentor and support our team of therapists. You will maintain your own client caseload while providing

as-needed supervision

for our onsite clinicians.

Responsibilities

Maintain an active client caseload in your area(s) of clinical expertise. Provide individual and/or group clinical supervision to onsite therapists. Support therapist skill development, case conceptualization, and adherence to best practices. Collaborate with clinic leadership to foster a positive, growth-oriented team culture. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

Registration in good standing with the

CRPO

(Registered Psychotherapist) or equivalent regulatory body. Formal training in

clinical supervision

(certificate, course, or equivalent recognized program). Minimum

5 years of clinical experience

preferred. Experience supervising therapists in a private practice or clinical setting. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Commitment to ethical, evidence-based, and client-centered care.
