What We Offer

Compensation



$105-$150 per clinical hour (take-home)

Based on experience, credentials, and registration level

This Role Is Perfect If You Are...



An EFT-oriented psychotherapist or social worker seeking meaningful, flexible work Someone who values collaboration, authenticity, and being part of a connected team Interested in Emotion-Focused Therapy, Couples Therapy and/or Family Therapy as well as and other evidence-based modalities

What You'll Do



Offer free consult calls and conduct brief intake assessments for prospective clients. Provide evidence-informed therapy (EFT, CBT, EMDR, Gottman Method, IFS, Narrative, ACT, etc.) to adolescents, individuals, couples, and/or families See clients in either the Newmarket or Collingwood location as well as online. Preference given to candidates that can provide either one evening (3-8pm) or one weekend (Saturday or Sunday 10-3pm) shift. Take part in regular consultation groups

What You'll Need



Master's degree in Psychology or Social Work Registration in good standing with the CRPO or OCSWSSW Carry your own professional liability insurance 1-2 years of clinical experience (preferred but not required) Experience and ability to provide therapy to couples (additional adolescent and family competence is an asset). Comfort with technology (Jane, Google Suite, virtual platforms) A warm, reflective, and client-centred therapeutic style
