WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Mindful Mental Health is looking for a motivated individual who shares our values of safety, inclusion, trust and collaboration.

A majority of our client referrals are for in-person services, as such we are looking for an individual who is available to work consistently at our Whitby office on Mondays, Wednesdays, Friday's and Weekends.

An ideal candidate will be someone who has a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children aged 5-12. Candidates with previous experience working with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder will be prioritized. Our in-person office is located in Whitby, Ontario at 1450 Hopkins Street, Unit 105-106.

Requirements:

Masters Degree - Counselling or Social Work Currently registered and in good standing with CRPO or OCSWSSW

Comfortable working with all ages, including children aged 5 or older

Preferred Skills:

CBT, DBT, SFT, Play Therapy Experience working with ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder Familiarity with practice management softwares such as Jane
Duties:

Maintain client files Follow office procedures as directed Independently manage scheduling and communicating with own clients Ability to conduct free 15-20 minute consultations prior to beginning treatment with clients Make and manage own schedule, ensuring availability is up to date at all times
Hours/Pay:

3 days per week minimum Days/Evenings/Weekends Qualifying Psychotherapists will receive 50% compensation, whereas fully registered Psychotherapists will receive 60% compensation
This is an independent contract position.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $80.00-$100.00 per hour

Expected hours: 5 - 10 per week
